Mahoning Shadow Trail

The Mahoning Shadow Shuffle returns on Saturday, October 8, 2022. Register for the half-marathon, 10K, or 5K on runsignup.com or download an application. New this year is a FREE 1/2 Mile Fun Run for participants 10 and under. Please note that the Fun Run participants will not receive a t-shirt but will receive a finisher award.

Start training! The 2019 Mahoning Shadow Shuffle will be held on Saturday, October 12, 2019.  The half-marathon will begin at 9:00 am; starting time for the 5K and 10K is 10:00am.  Check back here for more info in the coming months!

The 2018 Mahoning Shadow Shuffle is scheduled on Saturday, October 13, 2018.  Please download this application or register on runsignup.com.

MAHONING SHADOW SHUFFLE App 2018

The 2017 Mahoning Shadow Shuffle will be held on Saturday, October 14, 2017.  The start time for the half-marathon is 9:00 am, and the 10K and 5K will commence at 10:00 am. Click on this link to download your application: MAHONING SHADOW SHUFFLE App 2017 or register on Runsignup.com.

Join other volunteers on Saturday, April 22 at 9:00 AM at the Water Street Trailhead.  Mahoning Shadow Trail board members will send crews to areas in need of maintenance and clean-up.  Garbage bags will be provided.  For more information, email mahoningshadow@hotmail.com.

The pre-registration deadline has passed, but you can still participate in this year’s Shuffle! On Saturday, October 10, 2015, come to the snack bar pavilion at the Punxsutawney Little League Fields (off  Rt. 119) between 8:00 and 9:00 AM to register for one of our three events: 5 K, 10 K, or half-marathon.  You can also download the application found lower on this page and bring it with you.
